We work hard to carefully prepare, package, and ship every order with care so your treats arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.

Most orders are processed and shipped within a few business days. During holidays, product launches, promotions, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once a package leaves our hands and is accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing is ultimately controlled by the carrier.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders over $40 unless otherwise stated during promotions
or special events. Cotton Candy Shipping Disclaimer Cotton candy is a delicate product and natural settling may occur during shipping. Changes in fullness, texture, and appearance are completely normal and do not affect the quality or weight of the product.

• Heat exposure can impact texture if packages are left outdoors for extended periods

Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of edible products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food items. However, customer happiness is extremely important to us. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Doodle’s Dugout is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate addresses entered during checkout. Lost or Delayed Packages Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays or delivery issues are
outside of our direct control. If your package appears delayed or lost, we recommend first
